2011 Year of the Rabbit Chinese New Year Celebration

Chinese New Year is a highly anticipated event every year at Parker Place. The Chinese New Year period is the most festive season in the Chinese calendar. For 2011, we have continued our tradition of the Golden Dragon, Lion Dance, and God of Fortune. On February 5th, the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, our Golden Dragon paraded around the mall to wish every a happy Chinese New Year. On that same day, AM1320 hosted a celebration show filled with games and prizes. On February 6th, the 4th day of Chinese New Year, AM1470 hosted another Chinese New Year variety show filled with guest performances and lucky draws. On February 8th, the 6th day of Chinese New Year, a couple of lions danced around the mall followed by the God of Fortune to bring good luck and prosperity to everyone around the mall.
